FAQ
What should my child wear to Physical Education?
The children should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing. Jewelry is very dangerous and could be broken, please encourage them not to wear these items to class.

What type of tennis shoes should be worn?
The children should wear athletic shoes that tie (with laces or velcro) and fit properly with rubber soles. Good quality shoes that fit properly will help provide support to the ankle and foot while helping to reduce injury.

What if my child can not take Physical Education due to injury or illness?
Many times and injury or illness will exclude a child from participation in class for a specific time frame. Please send a doctor's note with specific time frames that the student may not participate. Some doctors will specifically list activities or types of activities they may not participate but will allow participation in other activities. It is important to keep the children as a part of the class even in a limited role so that they feel valued and important to their peers! Have your doctor be specific as to the scope of the injury and limitations!
